White lines are traditionally painted onto the green grass of a football pitch. Here, however, the decorators are in the process of painting green sections onto a white background, deliberately leaving gaps that almost perfectly form the pitch markings on the board.
The decorators are stood on suspended platforms, as if they are painting a billboard or the side of a building.
