Auto Amor

Project

We’re creating a national Catalogue that documents the 2026 UK art scene - the artists, the work, and the venues that show it.

One board unlocks multiple Open Calls across partner venues around the UK. Selected works are exhibited and added to the Catalogue.

To take part, the first step is to buy a board.

Your board is your entry to every 2026 Open Call.

    You may:

    • Submit one artwork to multiple open calls

    • Submit multiple artworks to multiple open calls

  • If selected:

    1. You’ll be contacted directly.

    2. You’ll need to post your work to us (artists cover postage).

    3. We’ll list the work on Artsy (except for the Arthouse exhibition, which is swap-only).

    4. We’ll install the work at the exhibition.

After the exhibition, if the work doesn’t sell, you can choose to:

However, please ensure that any hanging or fixing systems are secure and of a professional standard, as works must be suitable for sale on Artsy if selected.

  • “AAP” stands for Auto Amor Project.

If your work is exhibited, this marking is used to number the piece, and it will be referenced by its AAP number in the archive. So leave it blank!

  • Each exhibition has different judges.

    Judging is:

Blind — judges only see images of the work

    • Based solely on the artwork

    • No names, biographies, or past portfolios are shown
