If you have asked us to return either your original work or a swapped work, please purchase one of the packaging and postage options below. We dispatch returns on Mondays using Royal Mail.
Some postage options include compensation through Royal Mail (for example Special Delivery is insured up to £1000). However, Auto Amor cannot accept liability for any loss or damage once the artwork has been posted. In the event of loss or damage, a claim may be made with Royal Mail and any compensation received will be limited to the amount paid by Royal Mail.
If you would prefer not to use postal services, you are very welcome to collect your work from our studio in Kent. Please email info@autoamor.co.uk to arrange a collection time.
Your artwork is physically protected by:
1 x White box with foam inserts 400 × 330 × 10mm
4 x U tulip corner protection 16 × 3 × 29 × 7mm
1 x Clear Artwork Bags with S/Seal Flap 262 × 311mm
Sent as a Small Parcel ‘Special Delivery’ next day by 1pm. Sent on a Monday.
Artwork will be posted using Royal Mail.
Auto Amor cannot accept liability for loss or damage once posted.
Compensation is limited to Royal Mail’s service terms.
