The Auto Amor mission is to create as many exhibiting opportunities for artists as possible.

We have hundreds of submissions & would like to offer our project to Artists and Curators that would like to put on shows using our format.

Therefore we have put together a guide that allows artists to independently organise exhibitions using our Open Call structure with our support & rapidly growing platform.

TERms and COndtitions

How this differs from our core programme

In this format, you will take on the primary responsibility for organising the exhibition, including:

  • Artist communication (post-selection)

  • Artwork collection and return logistics

  • Documentation of the show

  • Installation and deinstallation

Artist selection:

  • 80% Open Call (administered by us, which you will blind-select)

  • 20% invited artists (selected by you)

All works must be produced on official Auto Amor boards, available via our platform.

What we need from you

  • Artwork collection

  • Installation & deinstallation

  • Return shipping

  • Assets for your Social Posts (Background for Open Call, Portraits of Curators, logos)

What we will provide

We will support your exhibition with:

  • Open Call Post

    • We will add “Open Call” and both our logos on top of a 4:6 background provided by you.

    • Instagram collaboration post (shared with our audience of 8.9K+)

  • Curatorial feature

    • Guest Curator post highlighting you and the three others within your curatorial team

  • Artist promotion

    • “Meet the Artist” posts (featuring up to 5 artists on each post) * you must send a portrait image of each artist which you’ll organise

  • Submission management

    • Creation of submission form for your dedicated show & featured on our website with dedicated page.

    • Handling of all applications, to send you a selection of anonymous submissions to select from

    • Selection email to successful candidates - Requesting them to accept Auto Amor

      to pass on their details to you the organiser.

    • Rejection letter to unsuccessful candidates.

  • Exhibition visibility

    • Installation images shared on our social media (if provided)
